Retrieves a paginated list of all contact attributes defined in your organization.

Use Case: Use this endpoint to:

• Discover existing attributes for use when upserting contacts
• Understand the data types of each attribute for proper formatting

Technical Details:

• Attributes are ordered alphabetically by name
• System internal attributes are excluded from the response
• Use the attribute name when setting contact attributes via other endpoints
• The data_type indicates expected value format: text, number, date, boolean, etc.
